And, well, they also perfectly sum up why we love executive chef Chad Johnson, who directed the hotel's most recent changes, so much.
The two-time James Beard Award semifinalist had a full-on photo shoot while eating wings and drinking beer (and bourbon), for crying out loud. These images were just too good to not to memorialize on the interwebz forever. Let us never forget. —Meaghan Habuda
