St. Petersburg's Left Bank Bistro, inspired by 1920s Paris, is on course for smooth sailing. The sumptuous bouillabaisse worthy of Marseille — which CL Restaurant Critic Jon Palmer Claridge thoroughly enjoyed during his recent visit — proves as much.
