A Clearwater mansion connected to John Travolta is now for sale

A home with some serious ties to Hollywood actor and big name Scientologist John Travolta is now on the market in the Old Clearwater Bay neighborhood.

Located at 1012 Osceola Ave. N, the home is owned by Hawker Investment Trust, which is a trust held by Ellen Bannon, sister of actor John Travolta. According to property records, the same trust is also listed as the owner of Travolta's famous fly-in estate in Ocala.

Records show that Travolta's sister bought the home in 2017 for $3.3 million, and, at the time, the Tampa Bay Times speculated that it may be another one of John's properties, since the previous owner's address listed on the deed is the literal headquarters of the Church of Scientology in California, it's located about a mile from Scientology's international spiritual headquarters in downtown Clearwater, and it's next door to two properties owned by fellow Scientologist and "Look Who's Talking" co-star Kirstie Alley.

Unfortunately, it's still unclear if John ever actually stayed at the house, but it really really looks like a Royale with Cheese, and now it's for sale.

Coming in with an asking price $4,650,000, the 4,346-square-foot house was built in 1988 and comes with five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as French oak flooring, quartz encased baths, a pool and spa, a dock and direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway.

The listing agent is Rafal Wazio of Coldwell Banker Realty - Clearwater Beach.
