A Davis Islands mansion is on sale for $8.5 million, but if you want a tour you’ll have to sign an NDA
Right now, a massive custom West Indies-style mansion on Tampa's Davis Islands is back on the market, and going for $8,500,000.
The 8,050-square-foot home, located at 556 Riviera Dr, sits on 100-feet of waterfront, and comes with 7 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, an elevator, a 1550-bottle wine cellar, a gym, a saltwater heated pool, and stellar views of Hillsborough Bay.
However, if you want to tour this home, you'll have to sign a non-disclosure agreement. According to the Tampa Bay News Journal, the current owner is a joint revocable living trust in care of Dennis A. Hase, who purchased the home in 2016 for nearly $6 million. Creative Loafing was unable to able to determine exactly what Hasse does for a living.
