Armature Works developer 'Chas' Bruck is selling his Davis Islands home for $11 million

A home owned by one of the primary developers behind Tampa Bay's largest food hall is now for sale on Davis Islands.

Located at 124 Baltic Cir., the waterfront mansion is owned by developer and SoHo Capital principal Charles "Chas" Bruck. Together with his wife Taryn, Chas—who also races Ferraris—is probably best known as one of the primary drivers for Tampa's Armature Works, and The Pearl apartment complex.

The 7,828-square-foot custom-built home comes with five-bedrooms and eight bathrooms, as well as an office, a gym, three wine cellars, an elevator, a saltwater pool and spa, a gas fire pit, three boat lifts, a putt putt golf area and a split-level temperature-controlled seven-car garage.

The home, designed by David Todd Hittmeier of Hittmeier Design Consultants, occupies a half-acre lot on waterfront property looking out to the Hillsborough Bay, with views of Bayshore Boulevard. Hittmeier also worked with the Brucks to align the house on the east-west axis of the property to take advantage of Tampa’s incredible sunrises in the front of the house, and the sunsets from the rear waterfront lanai.

According to property records, Chas and Taryn purchased the property in 2017 for $2.3 million, and are now asking $11 million. The listing agent is Devan Weisser of Century 21.
