On a weekend when most of Florida was still reflecting about lives lost in the Surfside condo collapse, Mar-A-Largo hermit and former president Donald Trump brought a “circus” to his base, which lined up several city blocks and endured the barking of merch grifters who also flocked to Sarasota. Attendees even included a newlywed couple from Nebraska who called the rally “the ultimate honeymoon gift.” Trump talked about himself plus the Manhattan case against his company all while reportedly not mentioning acolyte Florida Gov.
