Former Rays slugger Fred McGriff has finally sold his massive Tampa estate for a cool $2.45 million. Located along the golf course in the gated Avila community, the 11,768-square foot house has been on and off the market since 2014, but was finally sold to an unnamed buyer on May 15. The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home was originally custom built for the five-time All Star back in the '90s, and features a game room, a gym, and a four-car garage. McGriff was part of the original Tampa Bay Devil Rays lineup, and actually went to high school at Tampa's Jefferson High School.
