Over the weekend, friends, family and activists gathered in Ybor City to call for justice for Josiah Pinner, a 15-year-old who was killed after being struck by undercover Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office deputy Philip Montesi on January 21. Montesi was responding to a non-emergency call and going 21 miles per hour over the speed limit in a residential area; the deputy received a five-day suspension and was forced to take a driving class.
