One of the greatest golfers of all time recently parted ways with his giant waterfront complex in Florida.
Aussie golf legend Greg Norman, and his wife Kiki, sold their 8.31-acre estate, nicknamed "Tranquility," on April 7 for $55.1 million. The buyer was the family of Les Wexner, chairman emeritus of L Brands, owner of Victorias Secret.
Located at 382 S Beach Rd., in Hobe Sound, there are actually multiple homes on the estate, totaling 10-bedrooms and 12.6-bathrooms, and 31,800 square-feet of living space. In all the estate features 172 feet of ocean water frontage and 370 feet of water frontage, two pools and a spa, a beach house, a pool house, a boat house, a tennis house, a carriage house, two 1,900-bottle wine cellars, a bar, a movie theater, an elevator, a dog kennel, a pair of six-car garages, and a 30-car employee parking lot.
