MLB All-Star Josh Donaldson is selling his South Tampa waterfront mansion
Minnesota Twins third baseman Josh Donaldson is selling his waterfront mansion in South Tampa's Stoney Point neighborhood.
Located at 4931 W. San Rafael St., the 5,539-square-foot mansion comes with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, as well a home office, a game room, a wine cellar, a three-car finished garage, a heated saltwater pool and spa, and an outdoor kitchen.
Over his career, Donaldson has been a three-time All-Star, a two-time Silver Slugger award winner, and was the AL MVP in 2015. Drafted by the Chicago Cubs in 2007, Donaldson has played for the Oakland Athletics, Toronto Blue Jays, Cleveland Indians, and Atlanta Braves. Donaldson originally purchased the home back when he played for Toronto so he could have a place to stay when he was in town for spring training at the Blue Jay's TD Ballpark in Dunedin.
The home is currently listed for $3,499,000, and the listing agent is Kristin Hallamek of Engel & Voelkers Belleair.
