Nikita Kucherov, the Tampa Bay lightning right winger and current holder of the Hart trophy, recently purchased a $2.95 million waterfront home in South Tampa.
According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, the 1960s home, located at 2401 S. Dundee St. in Sunset Park Isles, is a "potential teardown for redevelopment." This would make sense considering the home hasn't been remodeled since 1989, and the half-acre lot boasts 260-feet of waterfront.
The listing agents were Joseph A. and Kelly Varner.
