Wiz Khalifa kept his shirt on (shame, since he's all buff now), but he did dole out some Rolling Papers for fans at Tampa's MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre, where a "lil" rapper (Lil Skies) and Rae Sremmurd opened the show. Gabby was there and has these photos to share.
