Phil Swift, the guy who once built an airboat out of screens, covered it with Flex Seal and spent a day in "alligator-infested swamps," just flexed on a huge piece of Florida real estate.
Located at 1275 N. Ocean Blvd., in Gulf Stream (just north of Palm Beach), the 8,643-square foot house sits on just over an acre with about 135-feet of oceanfront. Besides the inside being "completely dry," as Swift would say, the home also comes with a total of 6 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, as well as a pool, a smart home system, an elevator, a fitness room, a three-car garage, a built-in generator, and a club room.
According to property records, Swift scored the home for a little over $20 million. Devin Kay and Nick Malinosky of Douglas Elliman represented the seller, while Helen Barraza-Fried of United Realty represented the buyer.
The Flex Seal co-founder and pitchman has been hawking his line of liquid and sprayable rubber products since 2011, and has since became a viral meme for slapping a quick fix to any situation.
