PHOTOS: 20 years later, The Black Crowes return to Tampa’s Florida State Fairgrounds

As Emanuel Leto, a local historian who also studied music in college, points out, it was 1991 when The Black Crowes played Tampa’s Fairgrounds Expo Hall in support of the band’s 1990 debut album Shake Your Money Maker. Last night, two decades after that Expo Hall show, brothers Chris and Rich Robinson brought a 20-year anniversary celebration for Shake back to the fairgrounds for a gig at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre.—Ray Roa
