The local chapter of Extinction Rebellion joined the International Week of Action this week and hosted multiple protests at Tampa City Hall and St. Petersburg City Hall to raise awareness on climate action. The group performed “a die-in protest and funeral procession to symbolize the deadly seriousness of the climate crisis,” said Extinction Rebellion.
