A massive waterfront estate owned by the late Auto Trader founder Stuart Arnold is now for sale in Tierra Verde.
Located from 490 Laguna Dr. to 501 Barcelona Dr., the estate is essentially six lots, covering just over two acres and 680-feet of waterfront. As first reported by the Tampa Bay Business Journal, the property is listed by Arnold's granddaughter, Fallon Arnold, and Jennifer Zales, of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
According to the listing, the property is the largest waterfront estate currently on the market in Tampa Bay and comes with a 3,093-square-foot home "used as a weekend retreat," that features with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property also has a tennis court, a new seawall, multiple docks and the ability to accommodate two yachts over 100 feet in length.
Arnold passed away in 2017, but is survived by survived by a son, daughter, and five grandchildren, including local "Trump rapper" and grandson Forgiato Blow, who once held a controversial beach bash not far from his grandpa's house.
The Arnold estate is currently asking $12.9 million.
