The home of one of Tampa Bay's earliest and wealthiest real estate developers in now on the market for $2,995,000. Located in Hyde Park at 901 Bayshore Blvd., the 7,615-square-foot home of W.E. Dorchester and his family was built in 1912, and at the time was one of the area's "largest and finest residences," report the Tampa Bay Times.
