The home of one of Tampa Bay's earliest and wealthiest real estate developers in now on the market for $2,995,000. Located in Hyde Park at 901 Bayshore Blvd., the 7,615-square-foot home of W.E. Dorchester and his family was built in 1912, and at the time was one of the area's "largest and finest residences," report the Tampa Bay Times.

The seven bedroom, six bathroom home still has its original hardwood floors, fireplace and molding, and comes with a large pool, private guest suite and arguably one of the best front porch views of Hillsborough Bay.
