The home of former St. Petersburg mayor Al Lang just sold for just under its asking price of $382,500. Situated on Lang Court, the only pedestrian street in St. Petersburg, the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom features the original Cuban tile on the front porch, a six burner gas stove, coffered ceiling and gorgeous wood floors. Besides Al Lang Stadium, the onetime mayor left quite the impression on Tampa Bay, including the area's famous green benches, which many local businesses are named after, and the formation of the bungalow community where this home now stands. Cheryl A. Greenwood was the home's listing agent.
