A piece of St. Pete history will soon be up for grabs. Built in 1925, the historic "Snell Castle" sits in the Snell & Hamlet's North Shore District in the Old Northeast neighborhood, and will go to auction on June 15, at 11 a.m. Though medieval-like on the outside, the 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Mediterranean Revival has gotten quite a facelift, and features completely redone bathrooms, a new modern kitchen, and a pool with a standalone pool house that has another bedroom and full bath. The house is being listed by Julie Stilwell of Century 21 Beggins Enterprise, and will be auctioned by Exquisite Property Auctions.
