Historic South Tampa home "Casa Bonfoey" is now on the market. The 6,8333 square-foot estate, which is located at 4555 W Swann Ave, is named after its former owner and designer Bayard Clayton Bonfoey who, along with the help of associate Malachi Leo Elliot helped build notable Tampa area landmarks like the Metropolitan YMCA, Tampa City Hall and the Centro Asturiano Club.
Back in 1925, the Spanish-Mediterranean home was one of the first in the Beach Park neighborhood, but was just recently restored to its former glory. The home is now asking $2,450,000.
The listing agent is Michael Palermo of Palermo Real Estate.
