World Series champ Nick Swisher, and American Pie 2 actress JoAnna Garcia are looking to offload their north Tampa home.

Located at 16228 Villarreal Dr. Avila, the 7,495-square-foot Mediterranean home is in the affluent Avila gated community, and comes with five bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well a first floor master suite, a theater room, a central vacuum system, multiple fireplaces, a bathroom plastered in dog wallpaper, a mahogany elevator, a pool, and a four-car garage.

Swisher is probably best known as the power hitter who won a World Series ring with the New York Yankees in 2009, but the first baseman/outfielder also played for the Oakland Athletics, the Chicago White Sox, the Cleveland Indians and the Atlanta Braves. He also made an All-Star appearance in 2010.

His partner, Tampa native JoAnna Garcia, has also had a pretty remarkable career, appearing in films like "The Internship," "Revenge of the Bridesmaids," "Fist Fight" and arguably her best role, Stifler's love interest "Kristy" in "American Pie 2." But Garcia is more than likely most known for her television roles, including "Vicki Appleby" in "
"Freaks and Geeks," "Sam" from "Are You Afraid of The Dark," and most recently "Maddie Townsend" in the Netflix show "Sweet Magnolias."

The two married in 2010.

The Swisher/Garcia house is currently asking $2,995,000, and the listing agents is Dianne Martin of Century 21 Affiliated.
