Sometimes it seems the only real constant in Tampa Bay is change. From the alternately waxing and waning residential real estate market to the ever-changing restaurant scene and never-ending development, whole swaths of our community can be rendered unrecognizable over the course of just a few months.
There's no way to tell what our cities will look like in the future, but we can look back at just a few of the many, many changes that have occurred.
