A 2020 winner of HGTV's "Ultimate House Hunt," under the "Homes with a History" category, is now for sale in St. Pete.
Located just three blocks from the Vinoy hotel, at 756 Bay St. NE, the yellow Craftsman home was built in 1910, and since been modernized with plenty of upgrades. The 3,654-square-foot home comes with a total of four bedrooms, and six bathrooms, as well as a detached guesthouse.

"Ultimate House Hunt" is one of HGTV's most popular shows. This year's competition featured 89 finalists in eight categories, including Amazing Kitchens, Beachfront Homes, Big City Digs, Homes with a History, and Countryside Retreats. More than 1.5 million votes were cast to determine the winners.
The home is currently asking $1,985,000, and the listing agent is Tracy Reyes of Re/Max Metro.
