Right now, the largest chunk of available residential waterfront property along Florida's Gulf Coast is on the market, and it sits on 180 acres of shoreline in the Tampa Bay area.
Described in the listing as "a Mansion built like a Castle," the 6,583-square-foot home is located on an island, at 7021 Manor Beach Rd., in New Port Richey, and comes with 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, as well as 36-foot ceilings, a two-car garage, two private balconies, a 50-foot pool and grotto area, and custom hand-milled wood floors made from trees found on the property.
Though the exterior appears to be stucco, it's actually made with crushed scallops, says the listing agent Jordan Myers.
The 180-acre lot includes what used to be the old New Port Richey Beach, and 120-acres of it consists of Green Key, with the remaining 60 acres consisting of Manor Beach. The zoning is R3, so technically the property could be parceled out for multiple units.
The current asking price is $12,995,000.
