Last October, it was rumored that Tom Brady was the secret buyer of an ultra-modern $7.5 million Clearwater home, and while it's still unclear where exactly he'll end up, it's probably safe to bet he's not going back to New England.
According to the Boston Globe, the current Bucs QB and his super model wife Gisele Bundchen have sold their Brookline mansion for $32.5 million.
Located at 112 Woodland Rd., in Chestnut Hill, the 12,112-square-foot home sits on over five acres, and comes with five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as a gym, a yoga studio, a wine room, a pool and a guest house.
Meanwhile, Brady and his family are still renting out Derek Jeter's giant house on Davis Islands, despite the former Yankee listing the property for $29 million. The GOAT moved into Jeter's crib back in April, and was paying an estimated $44,321 a month, according to the Zillow estimate (though he probably got a better deal from the fellow Michigander).
However, the lack of privacy at the House of Jeter has been an issue for Brady. Shortly after moving in, the GOAT complained on the Howard Stern Show that people were parking their boats outside his house. "I forgot people could drive up to your house," said Brady to Stern. "Here they can pull right up to the back of the house. Derek did a pretty good job of screening it. I am a little bit of an introvert. I feel like my house is my place I can relax. When you are outside the house, you understand everything with being me... in the backyard there's a lot of boats that have pulled up and people at the front."
