The Grammy Award-winning musicians and Cuban American power couple Gloria and Emilio Estefan have relisted their Star Island guest home for $27.9 million.
One Star Island is a 7,988-square-foot estate that's been visited by guests like Jennifer Lopez, Cher and Ricky Martin, according to the Sun Sentinel. The two-story, Floridian-style home sits on a 58,332-square-foot lot with a gorgeous view of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami, according to its listing on Related ISG International Realty.
The main house has five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, with hardwood and marble floors, a fireplace, piano room, a spacious master bath with iron pedestal tub, heated pool, jacuzzi and a gazebo with a summer kitchen. The Estefans' guest home also has a separate guest house on the property with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and its own courtyard. The estate includes its own private dock with electric boat lift. Emilio Estefan has also worked with architect Carlos Ott to craft the "next evolution of One Star Island," and those designs would be available to the new owners.
The home was most recently listed at $32 million. The current listing agents are Liz Lopez and Stephanie Bienstock at Related ISG International Realty.
